I focus 100% of my practice on plaintiffs-side employment litigation. Prior to becoming an attorney, I had over eight years of experience as a civil litigation paralegal where I was closely involved with all stages of investigation and pre-trial process of over 70 California court-filed civil cases. I have been attorney of record in 58 court/arbitration cases. Since 2016, I have helped recover over $3.8 million for my clients through settlements.

For Attorneys

We gladly pay referrals fees per State Bar rules on every referral. We make it a point to follow up with the referring attorney to assure that their referral is being competently represented as well as to assure the referring attorney that they will be compensated.

No Fee Without Recovery

We represent plaintiffs on a contingency fee basis. Contingency fee means we do not get paid unless we recover money for you. The client will not be held responsible for costs advanced by the lawyer if no recovery is obtained. In order to provide the best representation for our clients, we typically do not accept any hourly work on behalf of employers or employees, rather we represent aggrieved employees on a contingency fee basis.
